Feeser's Food Distributors in Harrisburg, PA seeks a Warehouse Operations Clerk to support shipping, receiving and routing documents, ensuring accuracy and timely processing. Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, transportation, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 or similar software.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Basic typing and 10-key skills.
• Experience with shipping software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and verify shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
• Maintain records related to shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Verify shipping orders and quantities against picking documentation.
• Research and resolve shipment discrepancies.
• Collect and route inbound freight documentation to the appropriate departments.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Issue, track, clean, and maintain voice-picking equipment and accessories.
• Charge and rotate batteries for warehouse equipment.
• Assist with outbound order assignments and route management.
• Monitor workflow within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Assign shorts, seafood, chemical products, and inter-company transfers as needed.
• Complete route invoicing and documentation.
• Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
