Job summary

General Fasteners Company in Portage, MI is hiring a full-time Warehouse Operations Associate to handle receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products. You will maintain inventory accuracy and uphold a safe, organized warehouse while working both independently and in teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel & Word.
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
• Load and unload delivery trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks
• Organize stock and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
