Job summary

KeHE Distributors, a employee-owned distributor of natural and organic products, is seeking a Warehouse Associate in the Lehigh Valley. You will receive, stow, pick, pack, and ship goods with safety and quality in mind, operating Double EPJs and working in dry/freezer/cooler zones.

This full-time role starts at $20.75 per hour, with premium pay for freezer and cooler zones and growth opportunities after probation. Benefits activate after 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment is preferred.
• At least one year of experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.
• Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.
• Ability to follow safe warehouse working practices as instructed.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS) preferred.

• Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately.
• Build pallets within the warehouse to meet customer guidelines.

• Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as requested.
