Job summary

KeHE Douglasville, GA is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate to ensure accurate receiving and preparation of shipments. You will operate warehouse equipment, manage inventory, and perform receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping tasks with focus on safety and teamwork.

Starting pay is $21.17 per hour, with a 4-day, 10-hour shift pattern and benefits after 30 days. Prior experience with double electric pallet jacks/walkie riders is preferred and growth opportunities exist after

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, day shifts, and overnight schedules.
• At least one year of experience in food distribution or a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.
• Strong communication skills with internal customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance in accordance with company policies.
• Uphold safe work practices in the warehouse to protect team.
• Safeguard confidential information.
• Match product descriptions with label descriptions accurately.
• Build pallets to meet customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards while minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.
• Take on other warehouse duties and special projects as requested.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities.
