Job summary

KeHE Distributors is seeking a Forklift Operator to replenish products across our warehouse. The role requires operating powered equipment and maintaining safe, efficient pick-pack processes in a dynamic distribution center.

Shifts offered include various schedules with a 3:00 PM start, and the company provides comprehensive benefits and an employee‑ownership culture. High school diploma or GED is required, with prior warehouse experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of one year of distribution center or warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating powered warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, stock picker) preferred.
• Strong communication with internal customers and management required.
• Ability to follow safe warehouse practices and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Replenish products throughout the warehouse as part of a team.
• Select and separate warehouse products per account and labeling.
• Match product descriptions with labels and build pallets per customer guidelines.
• Maintain production standards while minimizing errors.
• Operate stand-up electric pallet jack to move completed orders to staging areas.
• Return documents to the Shipping Department and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
