Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic math and reading skills to process orders and inventory data.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents and inspecting for damage.
• Organize and store inventory to maximize space and maintain orderliness.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and data entry into WMS.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies for a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily productivity targets.
