Job summary

You will support daily operations by maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing yards, and assisting with loading and unloading using forklifts or cranes, while following safety standards. This is a full-time role requiring basic inventory knowledge and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of warehouse/pipeyard experience preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts and heavy equipment (certification preferred or ability to obtain).
• Basic understanding of inventory control processes.
• Ability to read shipping documents, work orders, and material specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50–75 lbs consistently.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify shipments against PO and docs.
• Load, unload, move, and stage pipe products with equipment.
• Maintain inventory records through counts and system updates.
• Organize pipeyard materials by size, grade, and job needs.
• Assist with order picking and outbound staging.
• Label, tag, and ensure traceability of materials.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Keep warehouse and pipeyard clean and organized.
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures including PPE.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and operations to meet deadlines.
