Job summary

XPDEL, Inc. in Norcross, GA is seeking a Temporary FC Operations Associate to accurately set up, pick, pack, and manifest materials per client specs. The role requires basic PC skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Shift is Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The successful candidate will perform line setup, cycle counts, and handling of shipments, using RF guns and voice tech, while supporting

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or 3 years of warehouse experience required.
Basic math and reading skills; able to understand written and verbal instructions.
Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
Able to bend, stretch, and stand for the duration of the shift.
Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds on your own or with a team.

Responsibilities

Help with line set-up
Conduct daily cycle counts and resolve discrepancies
Utilize voice technology, RF guns, and other equipment as required
Assist with administrative, receiving, and shipping duties
Complete required paperwork and project time-tracking documentation
Restock packaging materials
Assist team in meeting and exceeding customer expectations
Participate in process improvement by communicating with supervisor or team lead
