Join O'Neal Steel as a Warehouse Operations Associate - 1st Shift - Northbrook, IL.

This position offers a pay range of $19.00/hr - $21.00/hr, based on skills and experience. Your actual pay will be discussed with your recruiter.

Job Details

• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 5:00am - 1:30pm
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Responsibilities

1. Operate metal cutting machines (CNC, water jets, bandsaws), set up machines, and ensure accurate specifications.
2. Handle materials by loading/unloading raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper alignment and secure clamping.
3. Inspect finished products for quality, make machine adjustments as needed, and adhere to housekeeping and safety standards.
4. Report machine issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain accurate production records.
5. Coordinate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
