Infinium Staffing in Temecula, CA is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to ensure timely order processing, shipment preparation, and proactive delivery monitoring. You will track shipments, resolve issues with carriers, and coordinate with internal teams to maintain service reliability.

The role requires 2-3 years in fulfillment or related fields, strong computer skills, and a keen attention to detail. Shifts run Monday through Saturday with 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in fulfillment, supply chain, or customer care.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, shipping platforms, and ERP systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and fulfill daily shipments in alignment with service timelines.
• Generate and manage shipping labels and documentation.
• Proactively track and monitor shipments until delivery.
• Submit and follow up on carrier claims as needed.
• Provide Saturday coverage for delivery monitoring and exception handling.
• Conduct outbound calls for delivery exceptions and resolutions.
• Generate reports for performance tracking, follow-up, and escalation.
• Proactively monitor and, if needed, intervene on potential delays in scheduled pickups to ensure on-time dispatch.
