Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Palo Alto is seeking a Warehouse/Stock Clerk to receive, store, and distribute materials, tools, and products across operations. You will read schedules and orders to pick items, place them on pallets, and ensure accurate labeling and inventory control.

You will weigh/count items, enter records into the system, and transport items as needed. The role requires strict HACCP adherence, safe handling, and on-time support to production and shipping teams.

Qualifications

• Duties include reading schedules and requisitions to determine items to move.
• Accurately convey materials between receiving, storage, and production areas.
• Label, weigh/count and organize stock for production and shipping.
• Enter records and compile worksheets for inventory control.
• Maintain safe handling, temperature and HACCP standards in line with policy.

Responsibilities

• Reads production and shipping orders to determine items to move and distribute.
• Conveys materials from receiving to storage or other designated areas.
• Places materials on racks or in bins according to product code.
• Fills requisitions and distributes stock to production workers.
• Assembles customer orders and prepares pallets for packing and shipping.
• Maintains inventory records and uses the computer to enter data.
• Drives vehicle to transport stored items as needed.
• Maintains proper presentation, portion control and serving temperatures where applicable.
