Job summary

Ridleys-Family-Markets-Inc. is seeking warehouse personnel responsible for stacking, moving and organizing products. You will operate pallet jacks, forklifts and reach lifts, and may cross-train for order selecting.

Strong communication and basic math are essential for accuracy and teamwork. Applicants must be able to work weekends and varying shifts in a fast-paced environment, with or without close supervision, and comply with safety rules and training.

Qualifications

• Clear written and oral communication to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests.
• Basic math abilities for counting, weighing and inventory checks.
• Ability to work with or without close supervision in a team environment.
• High School diploma or GED preferred or related job experience.
• Certification required for forklift and/or pallet jack operation.
• Willingness to work weekends and varying shifts in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Stack, move, verify, label and organize products in the warehouse.
• Operate industrial warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts and reach lifts.
• Cross-train to perform various roles including order selecting.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean, organized work areas.
