Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations in inventory handling, shipping, receiving, and facility organization. You will assist the Operations Manager to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant service for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires hands-on warehouse work, lifting, and operating equipment. Candidates should have a high school diploma and 1–2 years in a related role, with DOT basics knowledge encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics support role preferred.
• Familiarity with shipping/receiving software, safety procedures, and DOT basics.

Responsibilities

• Open and close warehouse facility according to operational schedules.
• Receive, inspect, sort, and record all incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure all inventory is properly checked in, processed, and placed in the correct locations.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jack, hand truck, and box truck as needed.
• Support compliance with customer requirements for handling, packing, and delivery.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety in the warehouse.
