Job summary

LAUKOA in Charleston, SC is seeking a Warehouse Laborer to participate in our warehouse operations, including receiving, processing, and organizing shipments and various other tasks as assigned. The role will support daily operations at Building 650, ensure safe and efficient handling of materials, assist with move orders, prepare outgoing shipments, and help with classroom setups and breakdowns.

Hours are 7am–4pm, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Prior warehouse experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
• Attention to detail and strong work ethic required.
• Good communication skills and reliability required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, and distribute incoming shipments and materials.
• Prepare, package, and load outgoing shipments.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as authorized.
• Assist with warehouse moves, furniture moves, and classroom setups/breakdowns.
• Transport materials between buildings and maintain inventory records.
• Perform routine equipment and area inspections and report safety concerns.
