This is an exciting opportunity for a professional in operations to join our fast-growing company and have unbelievable impact to our growth. We have a smart team with experience in interior design, digital marketing and operational execution of corporate housing. Now, we need to work closely with someone who can vigilantly manage the activities and organization of our warehouse operations.

This full-time role is available immediately and will be based in our warehouse in San Jose, CA.

Key Responsibilities

• Support our company’s day-to-day warehouse operations
• Organize the various furnishings, housewares, and electronics storage in our warehouse
• Take detailed inventory of our assets
• Clean furnishings and housewares to get them ready for our next guests
• Perform laundry of our linens, towels, and other items, as needed
• Order and track receipt of our household goods and other items
• Pack boxes in preparation of the team setting up new units
• Be the primary contact person for all matters regarding our warehouse operations

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting the operational framework of a fast-moving organization
• Be based in/near San Jose, CA and be ready to tackle in-person work in our warehouse
• Ability to drive with a valid driver’s license
• Can carefully lift and transport boxes and small furniture
• Ruthlessly organized even during our company’s busiest times
• Comfortable in a small, fluid team environment and all the intensity and fun that comes with it
