Job Purpose

The Warehouse Supervisor (Night) is responsible for directing and managing the selection and loading of all BEK products to ensure operational efficiency of the Division.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate the daily workload of warehouse personnel to meet productivity goals.
2. Monitor dock and forklift operations for efficiency.
3. Maintain a safe and productive warehouse environment.
4. Supervise night warehouse personnel duties.
5. Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
6. Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Food service and/or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety guidelines helpful.
• Ability to read and interpret rules, operating, and maintenance instructions.
• Good computer skills; ability to learn internal applications.
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures (cold and hot).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Self-starter with multitasking abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
