Job summary

Genbev is seeking a reliable delivery associate in Wisconsin to load and unload trucks, assist in distributing wines, spirits, and beverages to 72 counties. You will ensure on-time loading, proper documentation, and safe operation of equipment.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 150 lbs, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen. CDL (A/B/C) is preferred, with steel-toed shoe compliance and punctual attendance expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 5 to 150 lbs multiple times per day.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• CDL Class A/B/C (Preferred).
• Read, write, and perform basic arithmetic at a high school level.
• Dressing and punctuality requirements include reporting on time in steel-toed shoes.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads route delivery trucks.
• Checks route trucks in and out.
• Receives and ships products, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
• Files breakage reports in a timely and efficient manner.
• Operates company equipment safely and according to guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Promptly prepares all required reports.
