Job summary

General Beverage Sales Co. in Wisconsin seeks drivers/loader helpers to support distribution of wines, spirits and beverages across 72 counties. You will load and unload trucks, verify inbound/outbound shipments, and complete required reports with strong adherence to safety standards.

Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, be able to pass a drug screen, and lift up to 150 lbs repeatedly. CDL (A/B/C) preferred. Steel-toed footwear and punctuality are required.

Qualifications

• Adheres to supplier and company quality and freshness standards in inventory and loading practices.
• Promptly prepares all required reports.
• Operates company equipment safely and according to company guidelines.
• Loads and unloads route delivery trucks.
• Checks route trucks in and out.
• Reports for work on time and appropriately dressed in steel-toed shoes.
• Receives and ships products, equipment, merchandise, and supplies.
• Files breakage reports in a timely and efficient manner.
• Check route trucks in and out.
• Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Self-starter.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Must be able to lift from 5 to 150 lbs. multiple times per day.
• Must be able to crawl, reach, twist, bend, and operate at full capacity.
• Effective communication skills.
• CDL Class A B C (Preferred).
