Must have 1-2 years of warehouse experience, high school diploma or equivalent, and working knowledge of WMS/SAP and MS Office. Forklift experience is preferred; some locations may require certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience preferred.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Working knowledge of WMS systems such as SAP.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI targets for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers on appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate workload distribution with Operations Supervisor and floor team.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance




• Create and maintain daily dock schedules




• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses




• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor




• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders




• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates




• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports



• Perform other duties as required or assigned
