Job summary

NXTPoint Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to safely move, load, and stage merchandise across our warehouses in Texas. You will operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts and other MHE, comply with OSHA standards, and support shipping, receiving, and inventory control.

The role requires at least 6 months of verifiable MHE experience in the last 36 months and a focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months verifiable work experience operating material handling equipment (sit-down/stand-up forklift, reach truck, etc.) within the last 36 months.
• Ability to follow OSHA safety standards and wear proper PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed methods and OSHA standards.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product using MHE with lifting devices.
• Unload inbound shipments and move product to storage locations.
• Stack and store merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment and ensure loading accuracy.
• Move product from staging/storage into trailers or containers.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Perform pick and pack, light assembly, labeling, sorting, wrapping, and repacking as needed.
• Maintain records/reports for inventory control and security.
• Assist in physical inventories as needed.
