Join Our Team as a Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Manager at DHL Supply Chain

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations at DHL Supply Chain. If you are passionate about inventory management and warehouse efficiency, this is the opportunity for you.

Role Responsibilities

• Configure the WMS by setting parameters, defining workflows, and creating inventory management rules.
• Maintain and update the system, resolve issues, coordinate upgrades, and ensure optimal system performance.
• Train users on system functionalities, develop training materials, and provide ongoing support.
• Analyze system data to identify trends, optimize inventory levels, and enhance warehouse operations.
• Integrate the WMS with other systems such as ERP or order management systems for seamless data flow.
• Provide technical support to the DHL site team and customers, and develop test and project plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong technical skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in warehouse operations and inventory management best practices.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
