Job summary

Applied Control is hiring a Warehouse & Mechanical Assembly Technician in Englewood, CO. You will receive, inspect, and organize materials, prepare orders for shipment, and support inventory control while safely operating material-handling equipment.

You’ll assemble components from drawings, follow work instructions, and ensure quality. The role requires accuracy, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite environment with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly environments preferred.
• Ability to read basic technical drawings and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and production tracking.
• A team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and inventory.
• Pick, package, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse organization.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Assemble mechanical components and finished products using hand and power tools.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
• Inspect and test products to ensure quality and performance standards are met.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and rework products as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
