RPM SPG in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Warehouse Associate to handle inbound/outbound materials, forklift operation, and related paperwork. You will contribute to cycle counts, receiving, and shipping while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.

The role requires at least one year of warehouse experience and a high school diploma. Hazmat training is a preferred qualification, with competitive hourly pay and benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; combination of experience and education may be considered.
• Minimum of one year warehouse experience.
• Six months shipping/receiving or one year general warehouse experience; forklift operations experience.

Responsabilités

• Participates in cycle counting raw materials, in-process, and finished goods per ISO 9001 SOP.
• Receives, identifies, counts, stores, stages and ships orders.
• Processes pick-sheets, skid labels, bills of lading documents.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Maintains orderliness and cleanliness in receiving and storage areas.
• Maintains all pertinent paperwork and distributes it after receiving process is complete.
• Reports spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, and material shortages to Warehouse Supervisor.
• Assist in hazardous waste handling under supervision or by trained personnel.
