Job summary

Requirements include 1–2 years warehouse experience, basic literacy and math, good communication, and forklift experience is a plus. Starting pay is $18.25 per hour. You will work in a safety‑conscious environment with strict policies and regular inventory tasks.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years warehouse/manufacturing experience.
• Basic reading, writing, math and communication skills.
• Experience with paint or hazardous materials is a plus.
• Forklift experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming trailers using hand or electric equipment.
• Check shipments and store materials with proper stock rotation.
• Process various orders (pallets, small packages).
• Use RF scanners and Oracle WMS; follow efficient workflows.
• Prepare shipping documents for outgoing shipments.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, EPA, ISO and PPG policies and regs.
• Participate in cycle counts and inventories; flag shortages.
• Attend safety meetings and safety observations.
• Perform minor maintenance on warehouse equipment.
• Keep the facility clean and safe; support the Distribution Manager.
