Job summary

Colson Group Holdings LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts, receive inbound materials, and move goods using Epicor ERP. You will ensure accurate inventory locations, pick and ship finished goods, and support loading/unloading.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 12 months of related warehouse experience and at least 1 year operating material handling equipment.
• Experience with accurate inventory transactions; understanding of warehouse product flow.
• Comfortable with RF scanners, tablets, and ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
• Basic computer and math skills; able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Collaborative teammate who can also work independently; dependable work ethic.
• Can use basic hand tools (air drivers, wrenches, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Stand/walk 8+ hours daily and cover long distances repeatedly.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.; bend, stoop, and climb step stools/small ladders.
