Warehouse Materials Handler - Morning Shift 7a-3:30p

Join Kar's Nuts as a Warehouse Materials Handler - Morning Shift 7a-3:30p.

This position is based at Sanders Chocolate Factory, 23770 Hall Road, Clinton Township, MI 48036. Regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with potential overtime on weekdays or weekends. The starting pay rate is $17.20 per hour.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Material Handler to support our supply chain during our growth phase. Responsibilities include order picking, operating forklifts, loading/unloading trucks, inventory management using SAP, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
  • Operate stand-up forklifts safely to move materials.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Manage inventory following FEFO principles.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety policies.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience as a material handler or warehouse worker.
  • Forklift operation experience required.
  • Proficiency with RF scanners and inventory systems like SAP.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Availability for weekend and overtime work.
Physical & Other Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, reach, kneel, and walk frequently.
  • Wear PPE as provided.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
