Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Minimum 1 year standup forklift experience; 3–5 years preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (pallet jack, order guns/scanners) preferred.
• Computer literacy and SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supply operators with necessary materials to maintain production as directed by Supervisor.
• Open cartons, crates and bags to make materials available to operators; break down containers and stack on pallet.
• Remove empty containers to recycling area; maintain cleanliness of work area.
• Operate hand truck or forklift to move materials to the production area and within the production area.
• Requisition materials from warehouse/label room using SAP; check materials for accuracy and condition.
• Store incoming materials after receipt and ensure correct lot numbers and labels.
• Transport finished goods to assigned areas and observe all safety standards and procedures.
• Perform label control ensuring accurate lot numbers, quantities and labels.
