Belcan Corporation is seeking a Materials Handler in Tustin, CA. The role focuses on processing received goods, stocking inventory, and issuing materials to build teams using ERP and web-based inventory systems.

You will ensure accuracy, manage stock locations, and operate warehouse equipment while maintaining safety and compliance. The position supports outbound shipments and requires a proactive approach to issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Experience with high velocity environments and documentation workflows.
• Proven ability to implement process improvements using lean methods.
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (SAP or Oracle) is required.
• Forklift operation is mandatory; Dangerous Goods handling is a plus.
• High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process goods via web-based inventory system and ERP; stock and issue to build teams.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and segregate components by build series.
• Assist loading/unloading using forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment.
• Oversee stock locations, labeling, and ERP reflections of storage.
• Support parcel outbound operations and ensure packaging/compliance.
• Issue materials to requesting teams with accuracy and resolve escalations.
• Manage warehouse material handling equipment and ensure timely pickups.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
