Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory management or logistics.

- Ability to use small hand tools and light bench equipment.

- Order fulfillment including packing and picking.
- Visual inspection of products and participation in quality improvement.

Purpose of the Job |
The Materials Associate I will perform materials / logistics related functions in order to support the manufacturing and distribution of Hearing Aids, FM Systems and Accessories. Position is based out of Aurora, IL.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities |
- May perform any or all of the following functions
- Order fulfillment (Packing, Picking)
- Value Added Assembly (RIC, Battery Label, BTE Recasing)
- Invoicing
- Driver
- Visual inspects product, identifies defects/rejects and escalates as required
- Active participation in quality improvement processes
- Initiates process improvements and motivates peers to achieve team goals
- Meets established individual and team goals
- Maintains workstation in a clean, safe and orderly manner
- Flex to various positions as business needs require
