Job summary

Graybar Electric Company in Richmond, VA is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking and shipping of inventory. You’ll operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other warehouse equipment within a protected shift.

Workdays are Monday–Friday, 11:00am–8:00pm, with a pay rate of $19.19 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential. This role supports a safety-first, team-driven environment with employee ownership benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and follow safety procedures.
• Minimum 18 years of age and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts and push carts.
• Receive and store incoming material according to WMS process.
• Select, pack and palletize shipments.
• Sort and pack less-than-truckload shipments and conduct cycle counts.
• Maintain clean warehouse and follow safety procedures.
