Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Greencastle, PA to join a safety-focused team. The role involves loading, picking, packing, shipping and receiving, with forklift operation and cycle counting as key duties.

You will contribute to accurate paperwork and support automated packing systems across shifts. The position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and PTO. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and forklift certification, with a preference

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
Ability to work within a diverse work environment.
Punctual with good attendance record.
Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
Operate forklift and contribute to cycle counting and audits.
Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets and bills of lading.
Assist with maintenance of automated packing systems during shifts.
Follow performance guidelines and support various contract requirements.
