Job Summary

The Warehouse – Top Off position is responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately topped off using the Vertique system. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency, and a good understanding of warehouse products.

Responsibilities

• Process and top off orders efficiently based on customer demand using the Vertique system.
• Use the Vertique system to ensure accuracy in picking, packing, and topping off products according to guidelines.
• Perform quality checks on items to meet company standards.
• Ensure documentation is correctly placed on pallets at the top off area.
• Report system issues or product discrepancies to the Shipping Supervisor.
• Follow safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and PPE usage.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free top off area.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least three years of warehouse experience
• Proficiency in operating automated warehouse systems, especially Vertique
• Knowledge of order fulfillment and warehouse operations
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
