Warehouse-Material Handler (SWC - Operations)

Job Details

Position: Warehouse - Material Handler – Hourly

Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Work Schedule: 40 Hour Work Week with Benefits

Primary Responsibilities
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of incoming equipment.
  • Properly receive, unpack, and store incoming equipment.
  • Maintain efficient inventory tracking system.
  • Manage minimum stock levels and perform inventory counts.
  • Monitor return of unused inventory and coordinate repairs and returns.
  • Complete and submit warehouse documentation accurately.
  • Keep warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
  • Stage and document equipment for loading.
  • Perform quarterly and year-end inventory counts, resolving discrepancies.
  • Ensure safety procedures are followed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong computer skills and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well with others.
Additional Skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
  • Ability to remain stationary, move, lift, and operate equipment as needed.
  • Moderate noise environment.
