Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support Fulfillment Center activities including stocking, picking, packing and shipping medical products in a safe, compliant manner. The role emphasizes teamwork, equipment upkeep, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives within Intermountain’s policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Six months experience in a customer service or logistics position.
Demonstrated effective communication, problem solving, and basic math skills.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Experience using internet, email and scheduling applications.

Responsibilities

Stocking: maintain inventory integrity and stock products per procedures and safety rules.
Picking Orders: follow procedures in fulfillment center operations within the Pick Module.
Shipping: pack, label, and load shipments per procedures and training.
Communicate effectively with team members to meet center goals and safety standards.
Follow safety rules and participate in Lean Six Sigma or related improvement projects.
