• 2+ years hands-on warehouse or distribution experience.
• Forklift certification or experience required.
• Experience with order picking, packing, or shipping preferred.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly and work at a steady pace.
• Proven reliability and commitment to attendance; strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Safety-conscious, focused, and efficient work ethic.
