Warehouse Services, Inc. is hiring a full-time Material Handler to work at its Selkirk, NY distribution center. The role involves receiving, storing and shipping materials, with initial pay of $19.00/hour and potential to reach $20.50/hour within the first year.

Benefits include a $1500 sign-on bonus, medical/dental/vision after 90 days, a 401(k) and weekly pay. Shift minutes are 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday to Friday, with room for growth in logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Experience with material receipt, inspections, storage and shipping.
• Manual, clerical and data entry skills required.
• Work under supervision with some independent judgment.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment to receive, store and ship material.
• Performs receiving and shipping inspections and verifies quantity, damage and documentation.
• Maintains physical inventories and records for receipt, shipment and control.
• Other duties as assigned within warehousing functions and procedures.
