Rugby Architectural Building Products in Savannah, GA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution team. You will receive, unload and store material, pick and load customer orders, and help keep the warehouse organized and safe.

A forklift certification is a plus, and you should be able to lift heavy items (50–100 lbs), work Monday–Friday, 7:30 am start, and contribute to a collaborative meritocratic environment.

Warehouse Material Handler - Savannah - Georgia

Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL we do business as: Olathe Millwork, Warren Brothers, River City Millwork respectfully.)

Position: We are growing and seeking a Warehouse Associate! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, to include receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading product for our customer orders.

Your Day-to-Day: to crush it in our warehouse, you'll need to:

• Offload trucks with materials from our vendor, and load trucks with product to ship to our customers.
• Operate a forklift; forklift operator experience and certification is a plus!
• Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies
• Lift extremely heavy, awkward products (up to 50-100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.

• Highly organized and self-motivated you should be a self-starter who doesn't require constant supervision.
