Job summary

Oatey is seeking a Warehouse Associate to accurately process customer and replenishment orders while upholding safety and quality standards. You will handle material movement, scanning with RF devices, and support production with necessary consumables.

The role requires 1–4 years in a warehouse, forklift certification, and strong English communication. Opportunity to advance with company training and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
• Good communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written.
• Forklift operator authorization and safe equipment operation.
• Must comply with weight limits for safety tether at elevated locations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of hazardous shipping rules and regulations.
• Willingness to work and follow instructions.
• Reading ability to identify labels and understand documentation.
• Cooperative attitude toward coworkers and supervisors.
• Willingness to learn to operate an order picker within 3 months (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Pull raw material requests for delivery to production work centers and scan using the RF device.
• Return material to the raw warehouse and consolidate into existing bays with proper put-away and RF scanning.
• Follow safety procedures, perform startup checks for powered industrial vehicles, wear PPE, and participate in 6S activities.
• Report scrap, damaged product, or quality problems to supervision immediately.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and accept additional responsibilities as needed.
