Job summary

KLN Family Brands in Delano, MN is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler (Post-Kill) for the 2nd shift. The role emphasizes shipping, receiving, stocking and inventory control within a dynamic warehouse environment.

This full-time position offers Monday–Thursday work from 3pm to 1am with a base pay of $21.83 per hour plus a 6% shift differential. Responsibilities include maintaining organized product storage, accurate product movement, forklift operation, and inventory reconciliation while

• Must be responsible for accurately loading and unloading trucks.
• Must keep the warehouse lead and supervisor informed of any concerns or questions regarding the warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
• Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving.
• Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies as discovered.
• Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles.
• Operate the shrink wrapper, cardboard bailer, etc. as necessary.
• Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary.
• Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
• Understanding of warehousing programs and systems
• Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
