Job summary

KLN Family Brands in Delano, MN, is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler (Post-Kill) for the 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 3pm–1am) with a base rate of $21.83 per hour plus a 6% shift differential. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, and inventory control.

Main duties include operating forklifts and warehouse equipment, performing counts, and maintaining accuracy and safety while supporting inventory goals.

Responsibilities

• Keep finished products organized and located properly in warehouses.
• Perform accurate and timely shipping, receiving, and movements of products.
• Rotate ingredients and packaging in their proper locations after receiving.
• Proper and accurate loading and unloading of trucks.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies as discovered.
• Forklift, shuttle truck operation and being certified and licensed to drive such vehicles.
• Operate the shrink wrapper, cardboard bailer, etc. as necessary.
• Perform physical and cycle counts of inventory as necessary.
• Backup or substitute inventory control positions when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency and productivity gains.
• Understanding of warehousing programs and systems
• Report any safety issues, unsafe conditions and accidents immediately.
