Job summary

East Penn Manufacturing Company, Inc. is hiring a Material Handler for our Long Island, NY warehouse. You will pull orders, lift heavy items, and help load/unload trucks while maintaining safety standards.

Forklift experience (stand-up and sit-down) is required and overtime may be needed. We offer a starting wage of $23.54 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, PTO, and an annual bonus program.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pull orders and perform physical lifting.
• Forklift experience required on both stand-up and sit-down models.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders and perform physical lifting for shipments.
• Load and unload trucks; assist with deliveries as needed.
• Prepare and load batteries for customers; possible non-CDL deliveries.
