Job summary

APL Logistics is seeking a Material Handler in Willoughby, OH to locate and load customer product by hand and with non-motorized equipment onto/from pallets, racks, and shelves. You will record units, assist with inventories, and prepare trailers to preserve product quality.

The role requires reading basic instructions, operating non-motorized equipment and warehouse systems, and a strong eye for detail. Excellent teamwork and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

1-2 years warehouse or related work experience.
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and procedures.
Ability to operate non-motorized equipment and simple warehouse systems.
Basic math skills and attention to detail.
Clear communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

Pulling orders and loading onto pallets or shelves according to procedures.
Load/unload, label, and document materials as required.
Record counts, weights, and lot information daily.
Prepare trailers and maintain cleanliness and safety.
Assist in inventories and reporting.
