Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid Forklift Operator's License
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to build professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Dependable, punctual, and with a good attendance record
• Ability to perform work with minimal supervision and high accuracy under pressure
• Lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Work safely and flexibly across various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up

Responsibilities

• Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhering to performance measurement guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Handling warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, bills of lading)
• Providing technical support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Performing other duties as assigned
