Warehouse Material Handler Hybrid Driver

Position Summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.

Schedule

This position is scheduled for Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm or until route completion, with rotating Saturdays. Schedules may change based on business needs.

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as forklifts or picker equipment.
• Perform hands-on work requiring physical activity, including lifting up to 80 lbs and working at heights up to 25 feet.
• Work on your feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
• Adhere to all safety policies and operating procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Perform backup driver duties (25% of the time), including driving delivery trucks and providing customer service, cash handling, and invoicing.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling.
• Occasional lifting of products weighing up to 80 pounds, including tires over 70 pounds.
• Use of protective equipment such as steel-toe boots, safety vests, harnesses, seatbelts, and SRLs.
• Exposure to weather conditions and moderate noise levels; occasional exposure to fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Must be at least 19 years old for backup driver roles, 21 for non-CDL driver roles.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to accurately handle lengthy part numbers and use RF scanners.
• Neat, organized, and capable of working safely following instructions.
• Ability to lift 80 lbs and work at heights of 25 feet.
• Willingness to work overtime and pass pre-employment drug testing.
