Kelly Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Material Handler for our Rochester, WA facility. This role supports warehouse and production operations, moving materials efficiently and safely while maintaining organization and productivity.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Forklift or PIT experience is a plus but not required (training available).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to appropriate workstations.
• Assist with inventory control, counting, and stock organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures.
• Support production and warehouse teams as needed.
• Accurately complete required documentation and reports.
