Job summary

Tate Americas, part of Kingspan Data Solutions, is seeking a Material Handler in St Paul, VA. The role ensures timely supply of materials to production lines and efficient warehouse operations.

You will move materials with forklifts or pallet jacks, verify quantities, keep records, and support inventory control while following safety procedures. Requirements include a high school diploma, 2+ years in warehousing, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years warehouse and shipping experience required.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Must have current and valid Driver’s License.
• Must be computer literate, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to use MAPICS or other current in-house computer processes.
• Ability to use various tools and measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Safely moves materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand carts.
• Monitors inventory levels by regular counts and reconciles discrepancies.
• Receives incoming materials, verifies quantities, and stores items properly.
• Fulfills production orders by picking materials and delivering to production areas.
• Performs visual inspections and reports damages or defects.
• Keeps detailed records of material transactions and updates systems.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains housekeeping.
