Job summary

Safety-Kleen, a subsidiary of Clean Harbors, is hiring a Warehouse Worker (Material Handler) to perform warehouse duties safely and in compliance with all regulations. The role involves unloading and loading waste, stocking materials, and maintaining housekeeping at the branch.

Location: 4526 Towne Court. Pay range: $14.42–$28.85 per hour. Job type: Full-time, Shipping & Receiving. Clean Harbors offers health benefits after 30 days, a 401K with match, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

Attention to detail required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work with minimal supervision at times.
Basic computer literacy required.
Must be able to perform physical tasks and work indoors/outdoors in all weather.

Responsibilities

Unload containerized waste from route trucks.
Reload route trucks with supplies and equipment for next day\'s runs.
Ensure waste and containers are in acceptable shipping condition for transport.
Stock the warehouse with received materials.
Prepare waste loads for shipment.
Housekeeping in the branch (painting, trash, sweeping, cleaning).
Operate safety-compliant procedures and equipment in accordance with DOT and company guidelines.
Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties.
