Safety-Kleen in Vincentown, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Worker (Material Handler) to complete all assigned warehouse duties in a safe and responsible manner. The position operates under Safety-Kleen policies and adheres to local, state, and federal rules.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow specific instructions
• Work with minimal supervision and perform physically demanding tasks
• Basic computer skills required for routine tasks
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather
• Must successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical
• Forklift experience and familiarity with waste labels, manifests, and load sheets preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health and Safety is the priority and follow all policies
• Supervise warehouse personnel
• Unload containerized waste from route trucks
• Reload route trucks with supplies for next day's runs
• Organize waste and containers for transport to recycle or distribution centers
• Stock warehouse with received materials
• Prepare waste loads for shipment
• Housekeeping and maintenance of the branch
• Perform minor repairs on parts washers
• Supervise third party bulk liquid transfers
• Order inventory and assist with counts
• Follow all regulations and safely operate vehicles per DOT and local rules
• Observe all environmental health and safety guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
