Job summary

UCX Pompton Plains, NJ is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support receiving, processing stock, and picking/packing orders. The role focuses on accuracy, organization, and customer-first service in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position requires safety-minded teamwork, the ability to lift up to 80 lbs, and preferrably forklift experience. This is a full-time, on-site role with hourly pay ranging from $19.00 to $21.00.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school level education; warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 80 lbs).
• Basic reading, writing and math skills for process documentation.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
• Pick and fill orders from stock and prepare for packing.
• Pack and ship orders and maintain organized stock locations.
• Record materials and their locations accurately in systems.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the work area.
• Assist with loading trailers and checking weight compliance.
• Maintain equipment and PPE in good condition.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate with supervisors.
