Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License certified.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule on various shifts and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Adhere to contract performance measurement guidelines and ensure accuracy in picking/packing and tote induction.
• Manage day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide support for automated packing systems during production shifts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
